These Terms of Service govern your use of CreditAuditAI.com, operated by Ortiz Labs LLC. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
CreditAuditAI provides credit report analysis and dispute letter preparation software. We are not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
The audit is free and no card is required to see your findings. The membership is $24.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@creditauditai.com. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. If we charge you after you cancelled, charge you twice for the same month, or the service stops working and we cannot fix it, email support@creditauditai.com within 30 days of the charge and we refund that charge in full.
